RATING SYSTEM FOR REVIEWS

I DO NOT use the Goodreads rating system while reviewing books, but these are my equivalents to the typical star rating system.

10/10—9/10 or 5 Stars: I absolutely LOVED this book! While I may have had a few minor issues with the book, it wouldn’t have taken away from my reading experience.

Example: The Raven Boys by Maggie Stiefvater

8.5/10 or 4.5 Stars: I loved this book, although there were a few issues I couldn’t look past while reading it.

Example: A Court of Thorns and Roses by Sarah J. Maas

8/10—7/10 or 4 Stars: I loved this book, but I did have some issues with the book.

Example: Everneath series by Brodi Ashton

6.5/10—5.5/10 or 3 Stars: I may or may not have enjoyed this book, but I definitely had some issues with it.

5/10 or 2 Stars: I didn’t find this book that enjoyable and I had major issues with it.

Under 5/10 or 1 Star: I did not like this book. At all.

0/10 or 0 Stars: I did not finish the book. I will share my opinions on what I read of the book, but since I did not finish it I don’t feel entitled to give it a proper rating.

REVIEW COPIES

If you would like me to review a book, please e-mail me at poojarawal1999@gmail.com

I typically only read young adult books, but occasionally I will pick up middle grade and new adult. My favourite genres are Fantasy and Contemporary. I WILL NOT review any Christian fiction novels.

I am open to be sent self-published books, as long as I find the story interesting.

I am open to accepting books (finished copies or ARCS) in the following format:

  • Physical Copies (hardcover or paperback)
  • E-Books (I own a Kobo E-Reader and I would prefer the book to be in epub format.)
